When it is nice and sunny out (thats right, those days do exist in Seattle), I love to walk down to Pike Place during my lunch break and take in the sights, sounds, and smells. I also try very hard not punch pesky tourists in the face. If you are hungry and have an open taste in food, it is almost impossible to choose where to eat. For lunch, one of my favorites, if not my favorite, place to visit is Beecher’s Handmade Cheese. Not only do they have one of the best Ham and Cheese Paninis that have touched this mouth, they also have an excellent Mac & Cheese that compliments your sandwich choice. According to their website they have the “world’s best” mac & cheese”. Also, if you are lucky, you could see employees play with a huge tub of cheese curd! They also have a plethora of cheese choices that would make any cheese lover yell “HOLY #&%(!$ CHEESE!” Seattle cheese lovers, or visitors, can also check out their blog for tasty cheese updates. Although if you are lactose intolerant you probably shouldn’t, unless you want to cry.
