Their market are people who appreciate and love food, so no trailer trash style food will be found here for you deep fried twinkie lovers. What you will find is Kobe Beef Burgers and Risotto that will confuse, like the Matrix sequels, you since you won’t comprehend the fact that gourmet food just came from this silver trailer. The food is good, the cooks are friendly, the prices are CHEAP, and the lines are long; but, most will agree its worth to wait for, even in the rain. You can find them in the SODO District, South Lake Union, Ballard and two new locations that include Fremont and Capital Hill.
