Paris Hilton amuses me. Love her or Hate her, you know that Paris Hilton will be around for a while so you might as well wave that white flag of defeat and get used to it. She is arguably the most famous person around the world for being Paris. While you may hate people that are Famous for being Famous, but you know who else was famous for being famous? John F. Kennedy, Jr. that’s right. That guy had bad grades in high school and managed to get into Harvard; I wonder how that happened. He failed the New York Bar Exam twice and used his name to create a magazine about upper class politics and lifestyle. He was mostly known for being the son of a famous president and was photographed for being a handsome man that was part of the Manhattan elite. Comparing him to Paris Hilton is odd, but they are both really famous under the same principles.
I find it funny when people critic her actions. I had one person tell me that she was only donating money to charities and volunteering so she wouldn’t seem like a complete demon to the public. When I asked my friend how much money she had donated or when was the last time she volunteered, she remained silent. I believe it took her breath away, when she realized Paris Hilton was a better person than her. She may only be doing it to promote her image, but at least she is doing it. I had another friend call her out on partying all the time, wearing excessive amounts of expensive clothes and probably having sex with many men. I mentioned to her that the main characters from Sex in the City act the same way, yet the other day she had told me she “wished to live the life like those girls in Sex in the City”. Carrie Bradshaw writes about sex, can’t stay in a relationship, buys enough shoes to feed Rwanda, and her best friends are either socialite snobs, cynical goal-getters, or whores; and yet, they are living the life she wanted? Again, I was met with silence. I guess your breath is also taken away when you realize that the life you want is the one Paris Hilton leads.
She has been scrutinized for comparing herself to Marilyn Monroe. She won’t ever be a Marilyn Monroe; she will just be Paris Hilton. But you got to remember that the year Marilyn Monroe became a huge star was the year nude photos of her came out and back in the 1950’s I bet that would have caused the same uproar A Night In Paris did. After reading this article, a friend of mine commented on how it was funny and then realized he should start doing charity work. What he doesn’t realize is that just reading about Paris Hilton may have changed his life, even if it’s in a small way like that. Then he went on to say how he wanted to do March of Dimes because it would give him a day off from work. I didn’t have the heart to tell him Paris Hilton was a better person than he was.
Reasons Paris Hilton Is Hawt
- She actually came out with a good single. Don’t deny that “Nothing in This World” is a decent song. And to those guys that won’t admit to liking a song like this, I am sure you won’t deny that you wished you were the little boy in her music video.
- She made making home sex videos the next big trend. That way you don’t have to look at each other while you have sex, but still have the option to see it later on video.
- She is more hardcore than most wannabe gangsters. Why? She spent like a month in Jail. Have YOU spent even a night in Jail. Talk as much crap as you want, that girl is more hardcore than you and I will probably ever be. Sure, it may have been a nice and isolated jail cell, but I would still cry for my mommy, and you would too.
- She gets paid to party. She has taken my dream job and made it a reality.
- She is Carefree. She doesn’t give a flying @#%) what you think of her. She is going keep on being Paris and is going to let no one stop her.
- She hung out and became friends with Britney Spears and managed NOT to get ordered into psychiatric care!
